ABOUT US & OUR TRAINING COURSES
Why choose us?
Amber Conflict Training (ACT) UK were formed when NHS Protect ceased delivery of their version of the National Syllabus for Conflict Resolution Training (CRT). A number of the NHS Protect trainers continued delivery of the course so very close to their hearts as Amber Conflict Training.
We added the Criminal Justice & Immigration Act 2008 powers to our portfolio in 2012, after NHS Protect ceased delivery of that course. Our lead trainer was the former CJIA Development Officer at NHS Protect who brought their skills and knowledge over to Amber Conflict Training.
Several of our training team were lead trainers for both the Local Counter Fraud Specialist (LCFS) and the Local Security Management Specialist (LSMS) courses and helped develop and add more interactive and practical sessions to better equip our students.
Including basing our course around a fictional venue, "Havoc Hospital", featuring all types of Healthcare venues within a wider setting. Scenarios are normally based on the experiences of our friends in Healthcare Security.

HEALTHCARE SECURITY MANAGEMENT
BASED ON THE
NHS PROTECT LSMS COURSE
Our Healthcare Security Management trainers all worked on the NHS Protect Training team and are supported when required by guest speakers in specialist areas of security.
The trainers wrote improvements to the original course expanding on the original LSMS syllabus, always striving to add, not just better value, but knowledge required by those undertaking the LSMS role in the NHS.
SPECIALIST & BESPOKE TRAINING
We offer specialist and bespoke training suitable such as the Criminal Justice & Immigration Act powers for removing those who cause Nuisance & Disturbance in the NHS.
